Attending PropTech Connect 2023 was extremely beneficial for a number of reasons. The PropTech industry is currently experiencing rapid growth, as evidenced by the number of attendees, networking activities and presentations during the event.
In addition, regulatory requirements for energy efficiency and retrofits, high energy prices, and ESG and decarbonisation initiatives are key business drivers.
During the event we had over 15 meetings with potential customers, partners and investors. The greatest interest was generated by the HiPerWare platform’s capabilities in the area of cost-effective, non-intrusive collection of big data on technical operations, the ability to build a live digital twin based on BIM models, and the use of the platform to perform energy retrofits.
By attending PropTech Connect 2023, we were able to showcase these capabilities to a wider audience and attract more business opportunities. There are lots of follow-ups! Stay tuned!
