A proptech innovator will launch version 2.0 of its HiPerWare® platform at Expo Real, a major international trade fair for property and investment, that will take place in Munich on 11-13th October.
HiPerWare® marks a critical breakthrough in digitalized facility management (FM & CAFM) practice and technology, enabling a wide range of building owners and management companies to perform digital optimization processes to achieve maximum efficiency. Thanks to HiPerWare®, the digital transformation in the industry becomes economically viable.
“HiPerWare® is based on serious engineering and mathematical development, experience and expertise in IT, design, construction and operations, – says Arseny Tarasov, Global CEO of HiPer IT. – To increase operational and energy efficiency and reduce equipment downtime, we developed the HiPerWare® Platform, an end-to-end IIoT-based Big Data engine that collects, analyzes and visualizes real-time telemetry from technical processes in a building. The integration of collected big data with BIM models, 360 photo panorama or 2D drawings creates a “live” digital twin. The HiPerWare® Platform predicts and reports anomalies. It is a ready-to-use, scalable solution based on microservice architecture for mass adoption with immediate results, requiring no significant initial investment and no special site or staff training. The solution creates a long-term digital footprint of technical systems, reduces operating costs by up to 30%, improves energy efficiency by up to 20% and reduces CO2 emissions. In addition, HiPerWare® can be used to track and analyze a building’s energy efficiency for ESG reporting.

HiPer IT will be part of the startup Tech Alley zone in hall A2 of Expo Real; the company will also introduce their new solution on a special launch event on 12th of October.
