Ghelamco, Knight Frank PM and HiPer IT announced the start of cooperation

Ghelamco, Knight Frank PM and HiPer IT have agreed to test the HiPerWare platform for digital instrumental analysis and optimization of utility systems at the Dmitrov Logistics Park located in Moscow Region. HiPerWare allows you to resolve industry challenge of cost-effective real time big data collection without interfering with the engineering infrastructure. Big data analysis makes it possible to create digital signatures of the normal operation of equipment, get a complete picture of all processes occurring in utility systems, and formulate recommendations for optimizing their operation.

Ghelamco Commercial Director Alexander Perfiliev comments on the start of cooperation with HiPer IT: “One of Ghelamco’s advantages is continuous development and improvement of business processes and technology. Our engineers are constantly working to improve energy efficiency, using new digital tools for additional savings during the construction and operation of warehouses. We are able to provide a better and more economical level of service through our expert management and our ability to continuously optimize the operations of building utility systems. Visualization of results, reporting tools and analytics offer digital evidence of the effectiveness of the services we provide.”

HiPer IT CEO Arseny Tarasov adds, “We expect that our cooperation with the team of engineers from Knight Frank PM and Ghelamco on implementing the HiPerWare platform in commercial real estate will improve energy efficiency, optimize operating costs and minimize the risks of equipment failure, while increasing it’s life span.”
