The Sensor Connect device is a multifunctional measurement controller for temperature, humidity, air quality, vibration, pressure, motion sensors, or any other type of analog sensor. Sensor Connect controllers collect data from these sensors and transmit it to the HiPerWare platform.
Communication with the gateway is carried out via a radio channel and communication interfaces CAN and RS-485. Internal parameters setting of the device is carried out through USB interface. Measured Parameters: - Temperature, Humidity, Current, Air-quality, Vibration, Pressure - Other parameters, measured by 0-10V or 4-20V standard sensors The Sensor Connect device includes: - 1 x RS-485 port - 2 x CAN ports - radio communication module - 11 inputs for unified 0-10 V sensors - 2 relay outputs - 9 inputs for connecting two-wire sensors (for example, PT1000 temperature sensor) - 3 inputs for current sensors - 4 digital inputs;- 2 inputs for 4-20мА standard sensors;- internal light sensor. Registered Parameters: - Temperature, Humidity, Current - Other parameters, registered by 0-10V or 4-20V standard sensors Interfaces: - 1 x RS-485 port - 2 x CAN ports - wireless communication interface - USB port Sensor Connect does not require maintenance during operation. Device dimensions: Length = 108mm, Width = 118mm, Height = 61mm.
The Cloud Connect gateway serves as an intermediate component between the controllers and the HiPerWare platform. It receives the data transmitted by the Power Connect and Sensor Connect controllers via the secure radio protocol and forwards it to the HiPerWare platform.
